How Pricing Is Determined

The price follows the work—not the wish.

Final pricing depends on service lines, number of sites, payer mix, claim volume, A/R age, denial condition, authorization burden, credentialing status, documentation risk, technology, implementation intensity, and the responsibilities retained by the client.

Fixed Project

Best for diagnostics, program architecture, implementation packages, policy development, audits, and defined remediation work.

Monthly Retainer

Best for ongoing management, governance, quality, fractional leadership, training, accreditation maintenance, and recurring operational support.

RCM Structure

May use a fixed monthly fee, per-claim structure, percentage of defined collections, project fee, or hybrid—subject to written scope and compliance review.

Need a defensible proposal?

PRISM begins with discovery and, when appropriate, a paid diagnostic. The result is a written scope with deliverables, client dependencies, acceptance criteria, timeline, price, and change-control rules.

Planning ranges are not automatic quotes. Final pricing is stated in a written proposal or statement of work after discovery.
